Holy Playground

One of the things that always amazes me is the life inside a mosque.  It’s not that it’s not quiet or sacred, but children are allowed to do their own thing – which usually means running, playing, and generally being kids.  Perhaps it’s the open spaces, but it is so different from my childhood of being discouraged to move or speak within a church.

  1. Thanks, Sue! Not entering any contests! They take up way too much time and many of them require entrance fees. Just keeping up with my various sites, workshops, and exhibitions eats up all of my time!
